With over 30 years of experience as an executive in the technology sector, Adam has acquired invaluable insights into the crucial role people play in any successful endeavour. However, he also recognized, and personally experienced, the potential harm caused by an unrelenting focus on profit and numbers, rather than prioritising client value and mental well-being from leadership.. 

In response to the recent mental health crisis and escalating burnout rates, my focus has pivoted from propelling teams towards exceptional results to empowering individuals to discover their true selves and life purpose. This approach allows them to attain a balanced, happy, and fulfilling life in their professional, personal, and community spheres. By fostering self-confidence and well-being from within, individuals can cultivate healthier interactions with the world around them, leading to stronger relationships, meaningful connections, and achievements they can be proud of.

As a results-oriented coach and a member of The International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching, I am dedicated to helping clients realise their goals and live fulfilling lives. My unique approach integrates traditional coaching techniques, such as the GROW model for goal clarity and action planning, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for psychological flexibility, and Co-Active coaching for a holistic, whole-person approach. I also utilise practical strategies like breath-work, resilience exercises, movement, and nutrition science to help individuals and teams overcome mental barriers, reduce stress, increase focus, and create positive outcomes.

I forge a nurturing partnership with my clients, encouraging incremental actions that  drive personal transformation through accountability and balance of their mind, body, and connections to family, community, and the natural world.
